Jeremy Cottle, Ph.D., L.C.S.W. Chief Executive Officer/Managing DirectorDr. Jeremy Cottle received his M.5.W. from Our Lady of the Lake University and received his PhD. from St. Mary's University in counseling, education and supervision. Jeremy has 16 years of healthcare experience with 11 years in healthcare leadership. Jeremy has extensive psychiatric experience in outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment.
Jim Miller, M.D. Medical DirectorDr. Miller received his MD. from University of Oklahoma. Dr. Miller has over 20 years of medical experience. He completed his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Utah. He is a strong advocate for patients and has a treatment philosophy that individuals have the ability to improve to their highest level of functioning. When he is not at work, he enjoys engineering and flying helicopters.
PJay Frayser, M.S.N., R.N. Chief Nursing Officer
PJay is a Weber State University graduate with a B.5. in Criminal Justice in Law Enforcement and Corrections with a Minor in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Nursing. He completed Graduate Studies in Nursing at the University of Phoenix with a triple emphasis in Administration, Education and Research. PJay has 21 years of experience in behavioral health across the Wasatch Front.
Ron Lape, R.N., B.S.N., B.C. Risk Manager/Nurse ManagerRon received his B.5. in Nursing from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is board certified as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse through ANCC. Over the last 13 years, Ron's professional career has been in the behavioral health industry. He has worked with the Idaho State Hospital, the Acute Psychiatry Program at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
Brent H. Esplin, M.S., L.M.F.T Director of Admissions
Brent H. Esplin received a B.5. in Sociology with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Utah, and a Master's in Marriage and FamilyTherapy from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an approved Clinical Supervisor for the American Association of Marriage and FamilyTherapists. He has ten years of experience working in the inpatient mental health field.
Diann Decker, M.P.A. Director of Human Resources
Diann received her B.5. and M.P.A. from Brigham Young University. Diann has 28 years experience in human resources. She retired from Intermountain Healthcare as the HR Manager for Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and Senior HR Consultant for the Urban South Region. After leaving Intermountain Healthcare, Diann combined her love for Human Resources with teaching and finding employment for students as Director of Career Services for Provo College.
